We start 2024 in challenging market conditions. Most forecasts continue to predict a tough first half to 2024, with marginal growth in the second half.
What this means is that we have to fight harder, make sales as opposed to take orders, and provide an absolutely first class service to win in 2024. I am convinced that we can, but this relies on delivering on the basics that we talk about so much at Bradfords.
