Like many organisations, 'banter' is very common in our workplaces at Bradfords and we recognise the benefits that it brings to our relationships with our colleagues and our customers. We also recognise that banter can sometimes cross the line, becoming inappropriate and occasionally turning into bullying.
At Bradfords, we have a zero-tolerance of bullying or harassment.
This module will set out our expectations of all employees and what to do if you are on the receiving end of unwanted comments. It should take no more than 15 minutes to complete the module.

The Modern Slavery Act requires businesses over a certain size and threshold to disclose each year what action they have taken to ensure there is no modern slavery in their business or supply chain. This module gives an overview of the requirements of the Act.
All employees handling payment card details must follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). This course will introduce you to what PCI-DSS is, how the payment card system works and what you need to know to make sure you handle payments and payment card data securely.
